Content you publish through ChurchPress is public and may be viewed, indexed by search engines, or shared by visitors.

Public forms on church websites may collect visitor information such as prayer requests, plan-a-visit messages, contact messages, newsletter requests, or event RSVPs.

We use trusted service providers to operate the platform, including hosting, database, authentication, file storage, email delivery, analytics, AI processing, and payment services.

Payment information is processed by Stripe or another approved payment provider. ChurchPress does not store full card numbers.

We store billing status, plan information, customer identifiers, and subscription events needed to manage access to paid features.

Analytics help us understand how people use the product and published sites so we can improve reliability, onboarding, and customer experience.

Canceled church workspaces, content, and uploaded media are retained indefinitely for easy reactivation unless an account owner requests permanent deletion from the dashboard.

Public support-form submissions and private Admin notes are retained indefinitely unless an Admin permanently deletes the request.

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for using a secure password and limiting access to your ChurchPress account and team members.

You may update many church, team, billing, and notification settings from the dashboard.

While publishing access is active, you may export website text and uploaded media from the dashboard. Account owners may request immediate permanent deletion from the dashboard.
